Troubleshooting - Microwave is not coming on when using Voice Command.

The microwave goes into Sleep mode after 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes the door is required to be opened and closed for the Voice Command feature to operate.

After the door is opened and closed start the voice commands (example: "Alexa, Reheat Y (cups of) X." X is the food name and Y is the food weight or quantity you’d like to reheat. For example, to cook 2 cups of Coffee, say “Alexa, reheat 2 cups of Coffee.” For Sensor Cook say "Alexa, Microwave X". "Alexa, Cook X.", To Melt/Soften say "Alexa, Melt Y ounce of X." "Alexa, Soften Y ounce of X." Please refer to the operating instructions for Auto Reheat Cooking Menu Voice commands.

If the Microwave is still unresponssive or "Device is Unresponsive" displays as a banner on the Alexa App. This occurs due to loss of connectivity with Alexa cloud services and may persist until the device is disconnected from its power source and reconnected.

1. Therefore power cycle the device by disconnecting it from its power source and reconnecting.
2. If power cycling the device is not possible, disconnect the ACK device from Alexa by deleting it from the Alexa App. Customer can re-register the device through Alexa App. Refer to How to Factory Reset the Microwave Oven and How to select the functions and settings for the initial set up of the microwave oven to re-register the Microwave with Alexa operation.
