This may indicate a charging problem.
There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds.
Contact you place of purchase or Contact an Authorized Panasonic Service center.
The problem is resolved.

Check if you can hear sound when using the touch sensor of the non-functioning earbud.
To view the location of the tourch sensor for RZ-S300 and RZS500 Refer to the operating manual.
To view the location of the tourch sensor for EAH-AZ70 Refer to the operating manual.
Reset to the default factory settings.
Replace them in the charging case and check if the LED function has returned?. If Yes, Problem resolved.
If No, There appears to be a service issue with the earbuds. Contact you place of purchase or an Authorized Panasonic Service center.
