Charging Cradle
When you open the charging cradle lid, the charging cradle LED light or blink for about 4 seconds to indicate the charge remaining in the battery.
- If the charging cradle LEDs do not light even when you open the charging cradle lid, there is no charge in the battery. Charge the unit.

Note
- The charging cradle LED lights or blinks for about 4 seconds when open the charging cradle lid, and then goes out.
Troubleshooting LED indicators
The charging cradle LED does not light or blink even when you open the charging cradle lid.
- There is no charge in the battery. Use the USB charging cord (supplied) to charge.
- Take the earphones out of the charging cradle, and after unplugging the USB charging cord, close the lid and leave it for 3 minutes. Then open the lid of the charging cradle and confirm that the power turns on.
The charging cradle LED (red) blinks rapidly.
- The unit are not charged correctly. Unplug the USB charging cord and plug it in again. If it still blinks red again, refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
The charging cradle LED (cyan) blinks rapidly.
- The earphones are not inserted correctly. Please reinsert the earphones correctly.
- There is dust or droplets of water on the terminals of the earphones and charging cradle. Remove dust and water droplets.
The LED does not flash cyan even after putting the earphones into the charging cradle.
- There is no charge remaining in the charging cradle battery. First charge the charging cradle.
- If the charging cradle LED (cyan) does not blink with the earphones in the charging cradle when the lid of the charging cradle is opened, then the earphones are fully charged.
The Bluetooth connection is established, but the left earbud's LED continues to blink in blue even after connecting
When connected to a device, both earbud LEDs blink blue twice every 5 seconds. This is normal. Please place the earbuds back into their charging case, wait about 10 seconds, and check the earbuds LED again after takin them out.
The LED on one earbud is turned on, blue, and is staying on (not blinking) when removing it from the charging case
If the earbuds are paired to a device, once removed from the charging case the LEDs on the earbuds should blink twice every 5 seconds. If not, contact customer service for further analysis.
The LED on one earbud is not working.
This may indicate a charging problem. Troubleshoot as follows.
- Put both earbuds into the charging case.
- Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the charging case. Note: When placing the earbuds in the charging case “Cyan” LED blinks for 5 seconds, which means the earbuds are now charging.
- Close the case, make sure the case is fully charged.
- Wait 2-3 hours then open the case and check if the Blue LED on the earbud is displayed.
The LED turns red when placing them in the charging case. If I remove the earbuds from the charging case, the LED on one earbud does not turn on at all.
- If the LED is red or there is no LED on any of the earbuds, it means it requires charging. Place the earbuds in the charging cradle for 3-4 hours to fully charge.

- Yes, you can turn off the blinking. Open the “Technics Audio Connect” app – Select Settings, then select Disable the “Bluetooth blinking LED”.

- This is normal. The charging case is checking the status of the earbuds. Once an LED light goes away, the charging case has confirmed that the earbud is fully charged.
