How to set up a Wi-fi Connection to the Panasonic Image App using the QR code method on an Android smartphone. - HC-WX970, HCVX870, HC-V770

1. Download the Panasonic Image App to your Android smartphone from the Google Play Store.
2. Press [ Wi-Fi ] → [ Wi-Fi Setup ] → [ Direct Connection Password ].
   • Confirm that [ Direct Connection Password ] is set to [ ON ].
3. Beginning at the [ Wi-Fi Setup ] menu, select [ Direct Connection ] → [ Change connection type ] → [ QR Code ].
   • The QR code for direct connection will be displayed.
4. Scan the QR code with the Panasonic Image App.
   1. Open the Panasonic Image App on your Android device. The connecting screen appears for a few seconds then the QR code scan screen will appear.
   2. Scan the QR code on the camera screen with the Image App.
      • The Image App will finish connecting to the camera and open the Image App main page when the connection is complete.
