Warranty Exchange Program Process

Refer to your models Operating Manual for specific warranty information.

Warranty period is from the date of purchase.
For products purchased from an authorized Panasonic dealer, please contact your selling dealer for an exchange.
For products purchased online via the Panasonic eStore, please contact them directly via this link Panasonic eStore Contact Form.
For products with a limited exchange warranty purchased via Amazon.ca or another Panasonic Authorized online vendor, and you are unable to return it to them, the exchange may be facilitated by Panasonic Canada directly.
If you are unable to return your product with a limited exchange warranty to your selling dealer, please click here to start a Warranty Exchange Request. An Agent will review your claim within 48 business hours and provide further instructions.
