Please arrange to ship or take your LUMIX camera to
Professional Electronics for warranty repair.
Please arrange to ship the complete unit, prepaid, to the
following address for exchange under the manufacturer's
warranty terms. Also please include a copy of your purchase
receipt which validates the warranty, your complete contact
information including your name, telephone number, e-mail
address, and return address.

- For products purchased online via the Panasonic eStore,

online vendor, and you are unable to return it to them, the exchange may be facilitated by Panasonic
Canada directly.
