- For products with a limited exchange warranty purchased from an authorized Panasonic dealer, please contact your selling dealer directly for an exchange.
- For products with a limited exchange warranty purchased online via the Panasonic eStore, please contact them directly via this link: Panasonic eStore Contact Form.
- For products with a limited exchange warranty purchased via Amazon.ca or another Panasonic Authorized online vendor, and you are unable to return it to them, the exchange may be facilitated by Panasonic Canada directly.
