Troubleshooting - The unit does not emit the specified number of rings.

Possible cause and solutions

• Call Block - If the first ring is turned off, the number of rings decreases by 1 from the specified number of rings. Refer to "How to turn off the first ring when using call block".
• For Models with Automated Call block - Automated call block is set to “Block”. Refer to "How to use the Automated call block feature".
• For Models with Voice Command - Voice command is set to "On", turn it off.
