Troubleshooting - The Shaver makes a loud sound.

Possible cause and solutions

• If your models came with oil, apply oil. The blades will not move smoothly when there is no oil on the blades, requiring more power. Refer to your models Operating Manual for specific procedure.
• Confirm that the blades are properly attached.
• Clean the system outer foil. Refer to "How to Clean a Mens Shaver or grooming product.". or Refer to "How to Clean a Ladies Shaver or grooming product.".
• Replace the system outer foil if it is damaged or deformed. Refer to "Replacing the system outer foil and the inner blades".
• Models with a linear motor drive make a high-pitched sound. This does not indicate a problem.
