Troubleshooting - The person you are speaking to can not hear you. - Telephone

Possible cause and solutions

• Your phone may be on Mute. Press the [ MUTE ] button during a call. To return to the call, press the [ MUTE ] button again.
  Note: [ MUTE ] is a soft key visible on the display during a call.
  
• Problem with the callers mic. Call another person, if they can hear you the problem is not with your telephone.
• Problem with telephone jack, test by plugging your telephone into a different telephone jack.

If the person you are speaking to still can not hear you, you telephone may require service.
