Troubleshooting - The monitor unit does not work / does not turn on. - Baby Monitor

Make sure the battery is installed correctly. Refer to "How to install the battery in the monitor".
Use only the included specified battery
Fully charge the battery. Refer to "How to charge the Monitor battery.".
If the Monitor unit has been accidentily damaged the USB charging port may be damaged. This would prevent the battery from charging properly. If damaged contact an Authorized Panasonic Service center. For information on service select "Support Links" then "Service locator".
