Troubleshooting - Step by Step guide when one earbud is not working - Technics and Panasonic Earphones
Troubleshooting for Models RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70
Charge the non-functioning earbud.
Put the non-functioning earbud into the charging case.
Make sure that the earbud is seated properly in the
charging case.
Close the case, Confirm that the red LED turns on while
charging.
Once charged, if the earbud is still not functioning, test if
you hear sound when using the touch sensor on the
non-functioning earbud.

Reset to the default
factory settings.
Ensure that you charge both earbuds before restoring
them to their factory settings.
Take the right earbud out of the charging case. Once
the LED light has turned blue, touch and hold the touch
sensor(on the right earbud) for roughly 7 seconds. The
earbud's LED will alternate between blue and red.
Within 1-2 seconds from performing step 2, touch and
hold the right earbud's touch sensor for about 10 seconds.
The earbud's blue LED will blink rapidly, and when the
power turns off, the right earbud will return to it's
original factory settings.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 with the left earbud to complete
the factory resetting process.
Replace them in the charging case and check if the LED
function has returned?. If
Yes, Problem resolved.
