- If the volume of the other person’s voice is too low,
increase the volume of both the unit and the Bluetooth® enabled
phone.
- Water, sweat, etc. may be adhering to the inside the
earphones. Adhering water, sweat, etc. may reduce the
voice volume of the other person.
- Water, sweat etc. may be adhering to the microphone. Your
voice may not reach the other person due to adhering water,
etc.
