Possible cause and solutions

• Make sure that the multicast function on the wireless router is enabled.
• This unit’s Wi-Fi security does not support WPA2-Enterprise. For details on the security supported by your router and how to change the settings, please refer to the Owner’s Manual for the router or contact your Internet service provider.
