- If you have a dual band wireless network (2.4 GHz or 5
GHz) your mobile device may be switching to the different
band. Make sure your mobile device and HD camera are
using the same band to connect to the wireless router.
- If connecting via a mobile network, confirm that the
mobile network signal (3G, 4G, LTE, or WiFi) is strong. Try to
access from an area where there is a strong signal.
- If you do not want to connect using a mobile network,
temporarily turn off the mobile network (data).
