The error code indicates that the device is in self check mode, service will be required

1. H1 Error Code

   If "H1" appears on the display, it indicates a self-check function error. Refer to operating instructions for specific warranty information: If none of the above steps work, the toaster oven may have an internal issue that requires service. For service repair contact a Panasonic authorized service centre.

2. H2 Error Code

   If "H2" appears on the display, it indicates an issue with the control knob alignment. When the knob is not properly aligned, “H2” will be displayed. Turn the knob to align it with the temperature scale until you hear a sound, indicating proper alignment.

   If "H01", "H02", "H03" or "H51" appears on the display, this indicates a malfunction. For service repair contact a Panasonic authorized service centre.
