You are entering the wrong remote access code. If you have
forgotten your remote access code, enter the remote access code
setting to check your current code.
The answering system is turned off. Turn it on.
Some telephone modem/telephone service providers set up
configurations may prevent access to the answering system
remotely. If you are connected through a modem for your
telephone line, try connecting directly to a line that does not
go through a modem. If you are able to access remotely when not
connected to the modem contact your telephone service provider
for a resolution.
For models with the Link to Cell features, you cannot
operate the answering system when calling from a cellular phone
paired to the base unit.
