What is Multi-Point Connection?
- Multi-point allows your earphones to connect to up to three Bluetooth® devices simultaneously.
Important Notes:
- Multi-point connections are established only with the last devices connected via Bluetooth® (up to three).
- When connecting three devices, ensure that the multi-point device limit is set to three.
- Default setting: Two devices.
- Adjust this setting in the app if needed.
Troubleshooting Multi-Point Connection Issues
If the multi-point connection does not work as expected, follow these steps:
1. Confirm Pairing
- Ensure the earphones are paired with the Bluetooth® devices you want to connect.
2. Connect the First Device
- On the first Bluetooth® device, go to the Bluetooth® menu and select your headphones to establish a connection.
3. Connect Subsequent Devices
- On each additional Bluetooth® device, go to the Bluetooth® menu and select your headphones to establish connections one by one.
Things to Consider:
- Multi-point may not function with certain apps or software due to compatibility limitations.
- For a successful connection, follow the pairing and connection order described above.
- If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting the devices or restarting the earphones.
Additional information - How to Set Up Multi-Point Connection
- Open the [Technics Audio Connect] app on your device.
- Tap [SETTINGS] from the home screen.
- Select [Multi-point].
- Choose the number of devices (2 or 3).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

- Note that some apps or software may not fully support the multi-point feature.
