The unit powers on on its own - Technics

For models that recieve firmware updates, If the "Standby Mode" setting is "On" and the unit is in standby mode with a network connection, an automatic firmware update to the latest version will be performed at midnight.

During this update process:

• The unit turns on automatically.
• The progress is displayed on the unit, such as "Downloading" or "Updating" .
• Once the update is complete, the unit turns off automatically.
