Check the Power Source:Check to see if the power plug is securely inserted into the wall functioning electrical
outlet. Try plugging in another device to verify that the outlet is working.
Inspect the Power Cord: Examine the power cord for any visible damage, such as cuts, frays, or exposed wires. A damaged cord can prevent the toaster oven from receiving power.
Check the Circuit Breaker: If the outlet is not working, the circuit breaker may have tripped. Locate the breaker panel and reset any tripped breakers.
Look at the Control Settings: Make sure all control dials or digital settings are correctly set. For some toaster ovens, if the timer is not set, the unit won’t turn on.
Test the Door: Some toaster ovens have a safety feature that prevents operation if the door is not securely closed. Check that the door is completely shut.
Allow the Toaster Oven to Cool Down: If the oven was recently used, it may need to cool down before it can be used again. Wait for about 10–15 minutes, then try turning it on.
Refer to operating instructions for specific warranty information: If none of the above steps work, the toaster oven may have an internal issue that requires service. For service repair contact a Panasonic authorized service centre. USA Service & Warranty
