Process for products on the Limited Warranty Exchange Program

• Warranty period is from the date of purchase.
• For products purchased from an authorized Panasonic dealer, please contact your selling dealer for an exchange.
• For products purchased online via the Panasonic eStore, please contact them directly via this link Panasonic eStore Contact Form.
• For products with a limited exchange warranty purchased via Amazon.ca or another Panasonic Authorized online vendor, and you are unable to return it to them, the exchange may be facilitated by Panasonic Canada directly.
• If you are unable to return your product with a limited exchange warranty to your selling dealer, please click here to start a Warranty Exchange Request. An Agent will review your claim within 48 business hours and provide further instructions.
