The "Self test" function will assist you to troubleshoot both Picture and Audio problems that you may be experiencing.

Note: You can also restart the television by unplugging the power AC cord, wait 1 minute, then plug it back in. After plugging it back in the LED indicator will be orange, wait until it turns red. Then turn the television back on.

If you are still experiencing picture or audio issues, unplug any external devices such as a game console or cable box. This will help determine whether an external unit is causing the problem. Turn off the TV, unplug the devices, turn tv back on.
Still have a picture problem? Reset the TV to factory defaults
If the television is still experiencing a problem after after the self test and Reset to factory defaults please submit a Fire TV Warranty Claim Form. Once submitted a customer service representative will contact you.
