Reset the Wi-Fi Settings Only
Use this when you want to re-establish a wi-fi connection
without cancelling all other settings.
- Press and hold the [Wi-Fi
SETUP] button on the rear of the hub and the three
buttons [HANDSET/LOCATOR,
CAMERA] and the [OTHER
DEVICE] button on the side of the hub (total of 4
buttons) at the same time and hold for about 5 seconds until
the LED turns off.
- The LED should blink alternately green and yellow for about
90 seconds and then lights in solid yellow.
How to force the hub to reset all settings
Use this to re-start the initial setup. If you reset all
settings any camera images saved on the hub’s SD card will also
be erased.
- Disconnect the AC adaptor from the hub.
- While pressing the [Wi-Fi
SETUP] button on the rear of the hub and the
[CAMERA] and
[OTHER DEVICE] buttons
on the side of the hub (total 3 buttons), connect the AC
adaptor to the hub. Do not release the buttons yet.
- Continue to hold the buttons down until the hub’s LED
indicator lights in yellow, then release the buttons.
- If the hub’s LED indicator blinks in green and yellow,
repeat this procedure and make sure to follow step 2
carefully.
- Wait for the hub’s LED indicator to light in green (about 2
minutes).
- Press and hold the [Wi-Fi
SETUP] button until the hub’s LED indicator blinks in
green.
- Wait for the hub’s LED indicator to light in red.
(The hub has been successfully reset.)
- Disconnect the AC adaptor from the hub and then connect it
again to restart the hub.
- Reset the app’s settings, then follow the initial setup
procedure
How to reset from the Home Network App.
There are 3 types of resets that can be done on the App.
- [Reset All
Settings]: Resets all hub settings, including Wi-Fi
settings.
- [Reset Hub
Settings]: Resets all hub settings except Wi-Fi
settings.
- [Reset Wi-Fi
Settings]: Resets Wi-Fi settings only.
NOTE: If you reset the hub by selecting [Reset All Settings] or
[Reset Hub Settings], any camera images saved on the hub’s SD
card will also be erased.
- From the [Home
Network] app home screen, tap [Settings].
- Tap [Reset Hub].
- Select the desired feature.
- [Reset All
Settings]
- [Reset Hub
Settings]
- [Reset Wi-Fi
Settings]
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you selected [Reset Hub
Settings] The procedure is complete.
If you selected [Reset All
Settings] or [Reset
Wi-Fi Settings] Wait for the hub’s LED indicator to
light in yellow, then follow the initial setup procedure.
