How to Connect a Bluetooth® Device to a Technics Network Audio Player

You can connect a Bluetooth® device to most Technics Network Audio Players to enjoy wireless music playback. Follow the general steps below. For model-specific details, refer to your unit's Operating Manual.

Steps to Connect a Bluetooth® Device

1. Activate Bluetooth® on the Device:

   Turn on the Bluetooth® feature of your device and place it near the Technics unit.

2. Enter Pairing Mode:

   Press and hold the [PAIRING] button on your Technics unit until "Pairing" appears on the display. If a Bluetooth® device is already connected, disconnect it first.

3. Select Your Technics Unit on the Device:

   On the Bluetooth® device, navigate to the Bluetooth® settings and select your Technics model (e.g., "Technics-Model-****"). If prompted for a passkey, enter 0000.

4. Confirm Connection:

   Once connected, the name of the Bluetooth® device will appear on the display of your Technics unit.

Notes

• You can pair up to 8 devices. If a 9th device is paired, the oldest pairing will be replaced.
• While "Standby Mode" is set to "On," the Technics unit will automatically power on when a paired Bluetooth® device connects.
